Rivelin Care Home in Cleethorpes has a 'home from home' atmosphere. It is a friendly, inviting place with 'good vibes' which especially welcomes those suffering with dementia. The manager and her deputy can just as easily be found helping a resident as working in the office. The welfare and happiness of the residents takes priority. The manager's door is always open to residents and their relatives whatever the problem and the staff greet all visitors like old friends. Both my parents became residents. Mother had serious health problems and Father had dementia. Father was the happiest he had been for some time and when he died I could not have asked for a more dignified and sympathetic approach towards the whole family. Mother is much better now. She says that since she can no longer cope at home she would not want to live anywhere else, the food is wonderful and she has never had so many friends

This is a home of a very high standard. Both my mother and the family are very happy with the service provided, the staff fall over themselves to help both residents and residents' families. My mother is very settled here. I would recommend this care home to anybody. The home is very clean and well organised.

During her stay my wife has been given the best of care and treated with dignity. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and management. As a regular visitor I have been given every courtesy and made welcome every time I went. One of the things I like about the home is the small lounges. Not one large room with everyone sitting round. It is more intimate and friendly and long term patients make friends.

I would recommend Rivelin Care Home, the management is very good and supportive. Options for meals are very good. The staff take the residents out in their wheelchairs regularly if they wish to go. Staff are friendly and helpful.

My father has been in three care homes before The Rivalin. The care he is getting here is second to none. From Sharon who runs the place to all of the lovely staff, nothing is too much trouble. He can't get out of bed so they make sure he is clean and fed all the time. The food is lovely and there is plenty of juice for him. In the other homes he was always thirsty, and the places smelled terrible. My brother and I are so happy with the care he is getting. Ten out of Ten. Plenty of staff at weekends which is great.
